The hard chromium coating on piston rod surface requires higher plating bath. In order for the fixture components to be large enough to withstand the large current in the plating process, the user also needs to clean the fixture contact points firmly, because only in this way can solution be prevented from infiltrating the fixture contact points, and can improve the piston rod stiffness, wade surface quality of chromium plating.
