 Quenched and tempered process usually appears in hydraulic cylinder rod or pneumatic  systems. It is formed by rolling. A cold hardening layer is formed on the surface of the rolling surface, which helps to reduce the elastic and plastic deformation of the contact surface of the grinding pair, improve the wear resistance of the surface of the Datong cylinder rod, and avoid the burns caused by grinding.

Next, chamfer the installation base and the rail side reference installation surface to prevent the chamfer too large or protruding; at the same time, on the base surface processing locking thread hole for installation and fixation of the device. The latter step is to check the linear guide, such as whether there is a certificate, whether there is a bruise or rust. 

The reason why the quenched and tempered piston rod bends is analyzed and two results are obtained. On the one hand, it is possible that the accumulation of sediment at the lower end of the boom hydraulic cylinder is serious, which leads to greater rotational friction, or serious wear and tear at the lower end of the boom cylinder; on the other hand, it is possible that the two ends of the boom cylinder are inclined to connect with the frame and the boom. If the supporting width is too small, if the support width is increased properly, the problem can be avoided.

  Hydraulic ram cylinders   are typically used to give vertical motion, including lifting loads in a vertical direction. Such a cylinder is also used to provide the motion in a horizontal direction but needs attention and suitable guides to guide the motion.
