APPLICATIONS OF DIN2391 E235 ST37.4 PRECISION STEEL TUBE

 DIN2391 E235 ST37.5 precision steel tube is produced by seamless cold drawn, and bright annealed in a controlled atmosphere furnace to keep the surface quality bright and smooth, then galvanized coating the surface.

E235 grade or as referred to as EN 1.0308 steel is a non-alloy carbon steel grade. Essentially, E235 is the chemical designation for the English standard. The EN 10294-1 Grade E235 is an unalloyed steel that is well suited for machining without the use of a heat treatment. 

E235 ST37.5 precision steel tube is used in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, waterjet cutting, food processing, petrochemical/chemical, and many others for fluid handling.

 Oil and gas: The oil and gas industry has many uses for high pressure stainless steel tubing. In the field, high-pressure tubing is used for down-hole control systems, hydraulic cylinder and pneumatic piping, chemical injection modules, vacuum systems, and much more.
Chemical/petrochemical:  High pressure hydraulic steel tubing in the petrochemical industry regularly carries chemicals and other hazardous fluids that could harm equipment and personnel if improperly handled. High-pressure stainless-steel coned and threaded tubing is used to make safe connections.
Food processing:  High-Pressure Stainless-Steel tubing is used in high pressure food processing lines.
