CK45 SEAMLESS STEEL TUBE CHARACTERISTICS

  Ck45 seamless steel tube is usually used to produce honed tubes.CK45 is high quality carbon structural steel, carbon content is 0.42-0.50%, with 610 Mpa tensile strength , and yield point  is 360 Mpa;This material is also more common than other superior carbon steels.

Steel 45: average carbon content is 0.42-0.50%, average silicon content is 0.17-0.37%, average manganese content is 0.50-0.80%, average sulfur content is <= 0.035%, average phosphorus content is <= 0.035 %, The average chromium content is <= 0.25%, the average nickel content is <= 0.2545, and the carbon content of steel is about 0.45%.

Recommended heat treatment temperature
Tensile strength: not less than 600Mpa; Yield strength: not less than 355Mpa; Elongation: 10%; Shrinkage: 40%; Impact energy: 39J;
Steel delivery state hardness: not greater than unheated: 229HBS; annealed steel: 197HBS;
