Honed tubes and SRB tubes (skived and roller burnished tubes) are mostly application for hydraulic cylinder and pneumatic cylinder manufacturing, it’s the most important materials of hydraulic cylinder manufacturing. 
Honed tube and SRB tube has very accuracy dimension tolerance and good surface smoothness, so this product is also used in applications where precision dimension or high smooth surface is need.
 

As one of the leading hydraulic cylinder honed tubes suppliers, our honed pipes using our factory’s Annealing Cold Drawn Seamless Tubes (CDS tubes). In order to produce extremely precise ID dimensions and smoothly ID surface, the honing process usually more times than others. 

Honed tube for hydraulic cylinder is ready to use for producing or repairing hydraulic cylinders without any further inner surface processing.

Skiving &Roller Burnishing Tube And Honing Tube

Skiving and roller burnishing tube  process provide high quality hydraulic cylinders with final sizing and creates the desired finish pattern on the interior of tubing or cylinder bores. They are used in the manufacturing of  hydraulic cylinders . What is Hydraulic Ram Cylinder?

  Hydraulic ram cylinders   are typically used to give vertical motion, including lifting loads in a vertical direction. Such a cylinder is also used to provide the motion in a horizontal direction but needs attention and suitable guides to guide the motion. Single-acting hydraulic cylinders that have no pistons but have large  cylinder rod s are called rams. These rams operate exactly like the conventional single acting hydraulic  cylinders.
